Kimes Spring arises in Cow Gulch which runs generally in a northwesterly direction and is tributary to Marsh Creek. Powell Spring rises in Asher Canyon which also runs northwesterly, almost parallel to Cow Gulch. Both springs are located in the northeast quarter of Section 15, Township 12 South, Range 25 E.B.M. which property is owned by plaintiffs Ira Parke and Ann Parke, husband and wife.
